Hi All, The esi card in the name of spouse, is her mother in law can be covered under the esic scheme

Hello I would like to know that when esic insured women can claim her cash benefits. As the expected date of the delivery is first week of April'18. I also visited the local esic office but they said they will claim after rejoining the organisation\. Is that true. Why I cannot get the cash benefits during my pregnancy. Kindly reply asap
