Myself and my wife are having ORIENTAL mediclaim policy for the last 15 years. We are Sr. Citizens.
My wife has unbearable back pain and wants to undergo acupuncture treatment as an in-patient in an approved reputed hospital. As she is unable to go daily for sittings, she prefers to admit herself where a highly qualified and reputed acupuncturist's services are available in NOIDA/DELHI.
1. Whether Acupuncture treatment as an in-patient is admissible as per Oriental Insurance Co.'s terms and conditions?
2. Which are the best hospitals available for acupuncture therapy in NOIDA / Delhi?

I had paid online Rs.12,857 for renewing my policy proposal no.R/412000/48/2011/4594 and Policy No. 412000/48/2012/3162 on 17 Mar 12. My insurance Id is 45240 and my Transaction Id is MHCC2704817746. I am yet to receive my policy documents, though it is more than two months since I have made my payment. Kindly let me know the reasons for the delay and send the policy documents to me immediately.
