i renewed my mediclaim policy vide no.462803/48/2011/2with insureds codeno.19265226 period of insurance from1-4-2010 to 31-3-2011. Till now I have not received my photo identity cards.could the company or the TPA explain for their lapse or consider it as a service lapse and taen up at appropriate forum

I have a medicalim policy no:423001/48/2010/1074 since many years.The duedate for renewal was 28/08/2010.But 28th and 29th were holidays I renewed it on 30th August.But till today neither I received the policy nor the ID card.when can I get it and please let me know whether I am eligible to claim for any diseases under the condition 4.2 and 4.3.

Dear Sir, i m Having Mediclaim polici for me and My parents for last 3 Years. If i will spent for Body Checkup of my mom , upto what amount company will Reimburse if her coverage is Rs.100000.
