I have a son who is mentally retarded and his one leg is short of 4 mm I came to know that there is an treatment is orthopadic that by streching the leg bone machenically, the leg bone can be eualise. Unfortunately i dont know the name of the hospital or place where this treatment can be possible. will you kindly able to help me in this regard so that I can get my son treated
