It is a very good step for the development of Technicians (paramedical staff), as all of us are working in medical field since last so many years but there was no counsil for paramedical staff (like X-Ray,OT, Lab, CSSD, ECG Tech. etc.) and there are so many diparaties in the pay scales Now these can be short it out by the counsil.
But this counsil needs to be implement at the earliest.

The council is not yet formed till now. I don't know if this website is being monitored by the govt. or not, but what I would like to inform the government is that the hospital cannot run without the paramedics. So, if this bill is not passed within this year [2012], why not have a strike all over India?! Let them run the hospital without Paramedics (if they can).
