This is a very good step but too late, although I heartly welcome this step of government of delhi, but govt. should do faster work in this regard so that a uniform pattern of recruitment in paramedical field( i.e. O.T.Technician, Technical Asstt.(OT), Radiographers, ECG Technician, LaB tECHNICIAN ETC) CAN BE ADOPTED AND THERE SHOULD BE A UNIOFORM PAY SCALE WITHOUT ANY DISPARITY,as nursing council.it will also decide the recognisation of paramedical institute & syllabus for all courses. it should be done in this year'2009 before commencent of commonwealth games, I salute this step of govt. but & if it will implemented sooner. It is a very good step for the development of Technicians (paramedical staff), as all of us are working in medical field since last so many years but there was no counsil for paramedical staff (like OT, Lab, CSSD, ECG Tech. etc.) and there are so many diparaties in the pay scales Now these can be short it out by the counsil. But this counsil needs to be implement at the earliest.
