the above lines are just fake, max bupa is not a customer friendly company.While selling a policy they give false assurance that he claims settlement will be done within 15 working days but that doesnt happens.I have been waiting for since past 60 days but the claim is not yet settled.These people just give you false assurance.

Recently I purchased online health Insurance from Max Bupa for my wife on 16th Feb 2013 and the insurance company had not given any documents nor health card .
After several emails and remrinders they max Bupa Insurance company representative ask me to send bank statement as a proof of payment. Even after sending statement insurance company keep on saying it has been forwarded to responsible department for cancellation of my order.
So until now I. E 04/04/2013 they had not processed my request for to cancel my order.
This max Bupa insurance has no respect for the clients and they are following fraudulent policies with the new clients for the money.
Beware all from this Max Bupa insurance company.
