Actually , life is a series of ups and downs. All humans must have a depressed mood in a certain time period. To live a better life , u need to focus on the positive things in your life and to neglect the negative ones. You need to deal directly with any problem that faces you and not to escape from it. Always be optimistic and have the feeling that tomorrow will be better than today. Try to sit alone in a quiet room and relax and let your brain free from all stresses. Good luck

I like ahmad20's view. Life is seriously full of all the good and bad chapters. If there are no bad chapters then the good chapters also will be boring. The natural and best treatment of depression is to try some yoga practices.
