Atkins Diet

The Atkins diet is a controversial low-carbohydrate diet that is supposed to help people lose weight by forcing their bodies to burn fat – instead of carbohydrates – for energy. People on an Atkins diet cut down on carbohydrates, but they are allowed to eat high-fat foods that most health care professionals tell people to avoid.

Join our online group on the Atkins diet to learn more about this diet from health care professionals and people who have tried the diet.
