HI how can I reduce my weight as I am overweighed and dont have time to excersice..

My name is Himanshu Bhatt. My age is 26, weight 92kgs and height 5'8". I am a working professional and want to reduce my weight as fast as possible by a natural way. Can anyone guide me how I can do it?

I do understand that you want to reduce your weight as its good for health and makes one feel good by boosting ones self esteem. The concept here is time management. There is no such thing as i dont have time. You have to set aside sometime for yourself to do things you want to do. Exercise can relieve a lot of stress and tension.
