Astigmatism

Astigmatism is a defect in vision caused by an irregularly shaped cornea or lens. Astigmatism blurs vision at all distances. Slight astigmatism is common and does not need to be corrected, but extreme astigmatism can cause headaches and blurred vision, and might need to be corrected by glasses, contact lens, or surgery.

I am getting eye pain when sitting in front of the computer. I am using glasses with the power of -3.25 with astigmatism. What activity should I hold to avoid the eye pain? This has become a problem for me now. Please provide a kind advice.
