You could start on these lines:
1. First you can recheck to see if there is a change in your power
2. Next you can try good healthy postures like maintaining the minimum distance from the computer, check to see if your line of vision is in line with the monitor. Use a comfortable chair with a straight back to maintain good posture. Try to take short breaks from the screen and move about. Wash your face with cold water at short intervals, as this will help to refresh.
