Is being vegan healthy for those who run and work out? I eat diet tuna daily and sometimes i have fish and diet bread and protein noodles and sometimes fruits and diet milk every day and low fat yoghurt. is that healthy? or should i quit dieting or will that make me put on weight. I am currently 56 kg or 57 kg and 164 cm
