Is there any special legislation in the country to protect the interests of individuals with Down syndrome?

Hello Doctor,
I am sufferring from severe back and lower back pain. Every early morning during sleep, I feel this pain. In the day during normal activity the pain reduces gradually. What is the remedy for this?
