I want to become fat.i am eating more but it not make fat.

Gaining weight is as hard as losing the same. You need to keep a track of your eating habits to gain weight.
1.First and foremost calculate the amount of calories you eat everyday, for this you need to know the caloric value of different foodstuff.
2.Next you try to increase you food consumtion by about 500 calories, carry on with this for about a month. Then increase it by another 500 calories.
3.Weigh yourself on a regular basis to monitor your weight gain.
4.Sleep for long hours as this the easiest way to gain weight.
5.Drink plenty of water.
6.A few exercises will help gain weight consult a trainer at a health studio for the same
Finally a few health conditions like hyperthyroidism can prevent weight gain, so consult a physician to rule out the same.
