hi i'm 27yrs old, i had a baby boy who is 4 mnths old. i had gained a lot weight after pregnancy. though i had gained weight before pregnancy also. right now i'm 80 kg, n wants to reduce to 60 kg. my height is 5'6". i had concieved at 73 kg. kindly help me out by providing such diet chat which will not effect my baby's diet as i brestfeed, b'coz this excess weight doesnt allow me to be energetic n makes me feel very lazy all the time.
