Spondylolisthesis

Spondydolisthesis is the slipping of part of the vertebrae of the spinal column so that they are out of place in relation to the vertebrae beneath. This can happen due to degeneration of the tissue or injury. It can cause debilitating back pain.

Spondylolisthesis may be-1)congenital 2)isthmic 3)degenerative 4) traumatic 5)Pathological 6)Iatrogenic.
It may be Grade 1-100% slip.High grade listhesis(Gr1&2), patients with unstable listhesis, neurological deficit and young symptomatic patients need operative treatment.

My wife is aged 32, she is suffering with Spondylolisthesis grade 2. Kindly advise me, who will be the best doctor whether Orthopadics or Neuro Surgen will treat. We are residing in Delhi,
