Sleep Disorder: Insomnia

Insomnia is a sleep disorder in which a person has difficulty falling asleep or has disturbed sleep and does not feel rested upon awakening. People with insomnia may feel sleepy and tired during the day because they don’t have restful sleep at night. Insomnia is usually a symptom of other problems.
