I have recently stumbled upon a young man via email who talks about suicide all the time. I don't know how to help him and it frightens me that he does not feel comfortable seeking help at a hospital/mental institution. How do I help across an ocean?

dear sir,

I am proud to say that we got one of the BEST person as HEALTH MINISTER.
I APPRECIATE the steps he has taken to improve the public health. and also his concern about the suicide rate in INDIA.
I want to bring to his notice to the womens health problems due to
the malnutrition also the stress related problems they are facing in this society.
