I have been masturbating since i was 13 and now am 43. my erections diminished in my early thrities and have started getting better in my early forties. I still masturbate everyday or have sex twice a day with no problems in erection whatsoever except that if i have it more than once, the base of my penis pains.....

At my age I need/have to J.O. at least 4 times a week. And, since I smoke I figure, why not? Feels good and helps the Prostate keep healthy.

It is simply fantastic to masturbate in different ways and sometimes in new places. Having an understanding spouse that encourages, watches and participates is often very sexually exciting. One way which is very popular is for your wife to suck and stimulate the penis (underside) until ejaculation takes place. When this is done it may be wise to keep her mouth away from the entrance in order to experience a good solid flush and avoid bacteria. We men can take lots of this. Go for it.
