In 2010 I explained to Pres. Obama in Prosperity vs. Disaster the threat of emerging NEW diseases for which man has NO immunity and the WH email thanked me for concern for the economy and security. Much earlier in Mass Extinction/SARS I explined the problem of turning oceans into sewers to genrate NEW emerging dieases , and Noam Chomsky said my theoories were of phenomenal importance to mankind. The problem is much bigger than suggested by the article, especially since vaccine research will not be able to contain emerging diseases.
