how do i cure hydrocele.. im just 24.. also i dont wants to apply for medical leave and even i could not say this reason.. please help me. even i could not tell this to my parents..

hello doctor. i hardly wanna cure my hydrocele problem. is this possible to reduce the size without operation. i havbe just got job and working now. i could not take leave for treatment. also i could not go to the office in formals as if i insert my shirt my balls are visible in size. please help me.. i need help. please..
