i was told that my t level was low. and ive been having hot flashes and anxity. mood swings. is this andropause? will it settle down without meds? sometimes it is overwelming to me

hi dr i am 287 yrs i have a problem of fatique and high bp sometimes i get fatique with hot flases sensation in teeths and fast heart beats imy bp is 150/100 and i have constant bp with 130/90 and have no issue with this bp i am also having depression medicines since 1 year and i have fear of heart attack has i have performed egc several times it is normal and i have also consultated a cardiologist but they say i dont have any heart problem still i have fear of heart problem as i have mild chest pain sometimes and acces sweating and unexplained weekness and i have got opreated for two reason 1 for my cesearean aand another for lump in my pelvis and have a unbearable backpain please suggest if i have any serious problem
