The headline misdescribes the findings.
Also "association" is very far from "cause".
What were the "saturated fats"? And were Trans-saturates carefully excluded (Sometimes these denatured fats have been included completely unfairly grouped with saturated fats).
They seem to begin with an accepted but totally unproven "fact" (that saturated fats cause cancer of the colon) and look to extend it.
On this important subject, rethink, go back to square one.
