Is a pain actually a symptom of future heartattack. Can a person who is physically active get a heart attack. should a person above 60 years of age get himself immediately checked up on having a chest pain. What physical activities will be helpful in avoiding chest pain or how to keep heaart attacks at bay. I am 24years old & yet I had high b.p. on 3-4 occasions due to stress.Do I fall under high risk group.There is some extra fats on my belly also, is it dangerous?Should I getb it removed as early as possible or should I get it removed gradually by doing sit-ups.Kindly suggest hot toremove fats in belly
