Normally the TPA is appointed by the insurer and cannot be changed by the policyholder. If the TPA is providing an inferior service, you should give details to your insurance companies customer department as they generally have service levels they need to provide. If you simply don't like the TPA because they didn't approve your claim in full - that may be their job to make sure everyone gets only what the policy speciifes.
