Hi, I am 29 years old. My BP is 145/80, is it high blood pressure. Is it neccesary to take medication.

Healthy lifestyle > drugs. A good diet, daily exercise, etc. can make wonders. Also, keep track of your blood pressure. http://bp-chart.com (blood pressure chart) is good for that.

I am 62 and my blood pressure when taken at home is 128/94 in the am. This is ok for Systolic but high for Diastolic. Where do I fall - normal or prehypertension or hypertension?
