my blood pressure, upon waking is 160/90, after I move around a little it jumps to 180/102, I am only 31 and weigh 110, any suggestions?

Immediatly consult a Neprologist. Serum Creatine should not go beyond 1. Check your kidney function.

what care to be taken to avoid stroke and is it caused due to hypertension. Can people having stroke get back to normal.

An "ischemic" stroke is an interruption of blood flow to the brain. An "hemorrhagic" stroke is when a blood vessel "breaks" or ruptures. I know, i suffered a hemorrhagic stroke in 2007 and have recovered completely. It was caused by hypertension, compounded by UARS, a sleep disorder. Yes, you CAN get back to normal, but 80% of people who suffer hemorrhagic strokes DIE! I wouldn't count on the recovery that I have had.

I Am 21 And I Am In Iraq I Almost Passed Out Today And I Am Having Blood Pressure Issues Today’s Reading Was 240/135 I Am On Blood Pressure Medicine Nothing Is Helping?
