Hi Dr,
I'm 30 years old now and single, I get leakage from my penis which is a kind of sperm I think , which is wetting my brief a bit and its smelling very bad. Hi Doc,
I am 30 and i always ejaculate 1-3 minutes after penetration for the first session.
After a long recovery time, the second session lasts for over 7 minutes and sometimes my partner climaxes without me ejaculating.
Is this normal? And is there any cause for worry for my partner?

I am a 28y male...my wife is 26y. We got married recently and love each other madly. She normally will have a climax during when I start playing with her. Use your hand and mouth to stimulate her first until she is wet but has not had an orgasm yet.
You need to be very slow and practice vaginal sex slowly with her. Start by just entering very slowly, or let her sit on top of you and control entry, and then do not move or a long time, just let her adjust to it first. Then begin moving very slowly and gradually increase in speed. Also tell her to hold your hips and control your movement.
