hello sir i m from india. my name is vijaya. i m also muscular dystropy patient still my chilhood. now i m married. can i born a child?. that child also get affect this diseases. is there any medicine for avoid it

I have two children affected by muscular dystrophy, the elder daughter can't stand on her legs and walk, the younger son's lower part is weak, he frequently fell down while walking, he can't walk by carrying some weight/school bag. Kindly help me, if there is any treatment available.
