Is this medicine Myostatin inhibitor called MYO-029 available in medical shops? Where can I get this drug? Please tell me that if any patient is using this medicine. My son is becoming weaker day by day. I do not know what to do for DMD. Please help me.

I am Sulabh Singla and my nephew, who is 5 years old is suffering from muscular dystrophy. He is being treated in AIIMS, New Delhi by Dr. Shefali Gulati, who says there is no treatment for this in the world. Kindly give me knowledge about it.
