I am 36. I have an incsional hernia from having my spleen removed. It has been a year now. At this time I am having constipation quite a bit and it is causing the hernia [which is around my navel area and right under my stomach]. When really constipated, my hernia area becomes Super hard. When I eat, I can't eat much without the pressure of being full causes severe pain. I have had mesh from a previous groin hernia which had to be removed because of an abcess. Now I am scared and have no idea what to do, but this hernia gets so hard I am scared it will burst If I do not, do something soon! HELP!!!!
