Here my advice: I have a good sucsess with REDUCTIL now.(I take it since about 3 months)It really helps to eat less!I´m disapointed from ACOMPLIA!!Its more expensive and didn´t help at all! But I´ll try Excalia when it comes. Hope it was helpfull for someone.
