Yes , Every student who has eligibility certificate from Indian Medcial Council , No matter from which University he / she is , has right to write screen test and get registration to pratice in India. But clearing this exam is any how nessessary.

At last MCI is waking up to bogus advertising by doctors, also some doctors have many degrees in front of their names, some of these are absolutely bogus eg MRSH, FRSH etc. The doctors feel the longer the tail the more the patients. MCI should also curb this practise.
