i m 25 male n suffering from shortsightedness(-5.0)..is the laser treatment suiatble for me if yes then wat would be the cost incurred??

I have blurred vision for upto (0.50). All say this is only a small problem, but i feel my eyes could not view anything properly, and have a very bad vision.
My eyes also automatically blink a lot not only in light but also if there was a breeze, it starts to pour off with a few drops of tears.
I am afraid that this will lead to total blindness.
Kindly suggest me a solution which i am having for past 1 year.
I am wearing glasses for past 7 months and aged 21.
I need a permanent solution for the whole eye problem including removing of Glasses.
