I am a 42 year old man in Kenya and I would be interested in trying out the stem cell method to cure my diabetes type 2. I have had it for around 10 years
I am on tablets and unfortuntely I love the wrong type of foods, not meant for diabetes. Is there a place in india for the above treatment?

I am a general medical practioner and having type-2 DM since 12 years. At present I am 44 yrs & taking inj. lantus 30 unit and OHA. Can you suggest if the stem cell transplat will be benificial for me and where this procedure is perfomed in India.

I am a 57yr old female academician with Type 2 Diabetes which was diagnosed in 1986. It may have started when I was 11 years because I have a great genetic possibility as one of my grandfather had diabetes and the other heart disease.
At the age of 54 years, I have had 2 cardiac stents inserted. For nearly the past 5 yrs I have done extensive research and about centers offering SC treatment in Germany, China, and India. I have almost planned to travel to Bangalore in India for the 1st part of SC infusion.
I am a good diabetic leading a very active life working almost 16 hrs a day and traveling far and wide. I follow a strict regimen and am on insulin( 15u four times a day)along with pills. I know the risks involved living as a diabetic and wish to prevent renal failure and advanced heart disease later in life.
I believe that only one infusion at the total cost of approximately USD15 [excluding my airfare] would be needed.

I am a banker and suffering from diabities type-2 since last 11 years.I am not on insulin yet. I wish to get cure of it through stem cell threapy. It is where in India available and approx cost invilved therein.
