Diabetic diet can be a big torture for foodies like me. However, I would prefer to restrain myself from indulging in sweets and junk food to maintain a good health and control my sugar problems. Please suggest other remedies too...

Instead of eating carbohydrates from fruit, vegetables, whole grains, beans, and low-fat or nonfat milk. Choose healthy carbohydrates diet such as fruit, vegetables, whole grains, beans, and low-fat milk, as a part of your diabetes meal plan.
