I had visited a dental doctor Dr.A in his clinic as at Jayanagar as I got some pain in my teeth.

He said he wants to go for root canal treatment and taken the money for Rs.2000 regarding the treatment.

I started pain in the teeth while root canal is on the way, I informed him about the pain and due to his negligence the iron needle had been broken and kept over there.

I stopped the treatment due to heavy pain and I visited a doctor by name B at Hyderabad, he analysed and completed the treatment and replaced the cap, he informed me about the situation and told that it can be taken away as the broken needle is still situated at the root level.

It started to hurt each and everyday.

I just want to know how Indian dental association is giving licence to these type of doctors and what is the situation now for me to react.

I think you can help me out in this situation rather I can approach NHRC for my rights to take precautionary measures

My name is K. Sailendra
