My recent cervical spine x-ray says "loss of lordosis". I am suffering from severe pain from neck/shoulders till mid back. I also have dizzy feeling while walking. My physician tells me not to take pain killers as they create problems to lever, kidney etc. When I do neck exercises, the pain increases considerably. I use very thin pillow for sleeping. I work on computer from 9 am to 3.30 pm. I am using high back chair. I am totally confused and suffering from severe pain and dizziness.

I have mild cervical spondylosis at c5/c6 which causes left limbs tingle, numb and weakness, as well as nerve pain with burning sensation. Will these heal in time? And does glucosamine helps to rebuild bulge disc?
