I have had spondylosis for 28 years. I have tried everything. I was told by a chiropracter to take glucosamine and continue its use indefinately. I now have really bad pain down my left arm due to pressure on a nerve. I have been like this for as long as i can remember. The pain is so severe it has now caused my left forefinger to twist inwards. Is there anything that can be done? Would really welcome any information
