Its really a shocking and surprising news , still in India people with extra teeth are believed as most luckiest person,but we don't know the struggle that poor boy underwent.

For a healthy adult 32 teeth should be there, upto 12 years deciduous teeth 20 in number, permanent dentition 32 in nos.
