Anxiety is the abnormal fear or reaction towards any stress which the person can normally handle. A patient is anxious or apprehensive and may show signs like sweating, palpitation, dry mouth, dizziness, nausea, loss of appetite, frequent urination, and difficulty in swallowing.

How to overcome panic attacks?

I suffer from panic attacks for the last few years. Could you please suggest few steps or techniques which I can use to overcome or eliminate this completely?

You will have to either go through a session of pastlife regression therapy,or 21day reikhi therapy which will help you get rid of the panic attacks.
