Anemia / Low Haemoglobin

Generally characterized by fatigue, breathlessness on exertion, palpitations, angina, and a desire to eat sand and clay, anemia is a condition wherein the body’s supply of iron to bone marrow falls dismally short of required levels. This happened to my brother this past Christmas Eve. He was only 45 years old. An autopsy was not done, but I would like to think he had this genetic mutation, as it would at least make sense that it happened to an otherwise healthy epileptic. Thank you for this very informative, thought provoking article.
