We are taking one teaspoon of cinnamon daily. [My husband has Alzheimer's and I do not.] We have been doing it for 2 weeks. We have changed nothing else.He is remembering to shave on his own and knows the location of the supplies. He has done this twice since starting the cinnamon. He still thinks his father is living. His father died in the 80's. Alzheimer's is a daily crap shoot but we are going to continue the cinnamon and see if the shaving thing continues or see if other abilities surface.
