Alcohol abuse, as described in the DSM-IV, is a psychiatric diagnosis describing the use of alcoholic beverages despite negative consequences. Alcohol abuse is sometimes referred to by the less specific term alcoholism.

Great article. I think this will help to train and education of supervisors in substance abuse counseling. The methods of supervisory contracting, observation, case presentation, modeling, intervention, and evaluation of alcohol and drug abuse.

Hi ,
I am Jay, 22 yr old male
I had lot of alcohol yesterday
This morning I was feeling really sick with headache , I tried to vomit but I threw up only some yellowish viscous fluid , usually when i vomit after drinking a lot of alcohol , I throw up lot of stuff with great force but this time it wasn't like the other time. I felt like i can't throw up the stuff , somehow it got stuck up I guess, I checked on the internet & i read some stuff that says if you don't throw up you can die by toxic shock , please Doctors help me ! Thank you in advance !! Jay
