if we share bathroom and if the pot touches the pennice is there any posibility of Aids and also if we kiss girls or smooch them does aids occur

Can you please make the following clear to me:
1. If I have sex with someone HIV+ only once, is it 100% sure that I will get HIV by one time sex only?
2. If I am HIV+, should I still avoid to have sex with HIV+? Does it increase the effectiveness of the Virus?
3. What does it cost? Is there any provision in Govt. Hospital and free of cost?

i has protected sex. later had herpis zosper.tested for elisa 3 times in period of 6 months . all the result were negative. should i worry. i am very worried

last night i had sex with a sex worker only once in my city with condom on but in the morning when i went for the toileti seen that my penis had a cut mark in the upper skin i am worry wheather i will infected by aids
