i am 27 years old male,suffering from erectile problem with low sensation of penis area,i am masturbating from the last 15 years but i usually masturbate using hand and some lubricants(i.e oils and creams)from initial time twice and thrice a day but later on getting less,my problem is that last year i met a girl and and try to had sex with her she was my girlfriend i know her very well,we engage in foreplay and later she gave me oral sex she gave me oral sex about 30-40 minutes but i feel less sensation and my penis is not that much hard or erect which is fulfilled to have vaginal sex and i try many times but all in vain,i dont know why i feel less sensation on blowjob and less erection later on it again happened.

i got married in 2009 and we got child in 2010 ( Operation Delivery ) our earlier marriage time we enjoyed sex after three month my wife conceived at the time she doesn't like sex , after she delivered baby still she is having same mentality , she is not allowing me to kiss in her mouth and she is not touching me and she is telling i don't have sexual feelings but i found the ovum in her vagina and during the intercourse i am only touching her .

On 7th May i had sex with woman whom i met in disco. i used condom but it get tored in between the intercourse. It was a minute contact just for few seconds after that i discontinued. After a few days i noticed a red patch on my penis head and the tip of penis seems like swollen lips, i thought that it might be due to tight condom or it get hurt during sex. After a months a had dairreah which lasted for a day. After 20 days of this incident i started feeling feverish but the body temp remained between 98.5 to 99. Few days after i had mouth full canker sores and stomach full of gases.Then i visited to general physician but i did'nt disclosed him about my red swollen penis. He diagnosed it as F.U.O and prescribed cefixime 400mg for three days and it worked and i got well for few days. But again this feverish symptoms started with headache and congested nose in the morning.There is no swollen lymph nodes any where in the body.But sometimes i experience neck stiffness and itching of whole body which causes red rashes for few minutes. Again i visited the doctor and he prescribed ciprofloxcin 500mg for three days. Now its August and i am not feeling well. Red patch and swollen tip of penis is still there. I also have oral ulcers My question are:
1. Are these symptoms related to ARS or HIV?
3. What about my red swollen penis as i have heard that HIV infection has no symptoms on genital organs?
5. What are my chances of getting infected?

I'm a 19 year old average build guy. My foreskin doesn't retract back properly. To retract it, I have to continously rub and stretch it for sometime after that it can be pulled back but only behind the glans.
