i will suggest consume a cup of coffee in the noon session or afternoon to improve concentrate on work in the office. Normal situation coffee can be avoided in the evening or after dinner . It may interfere with sleep pattern. consuming one or two cups coffee during day time by normal healthy adult can be encouraged for his concentration or improve focus on work or as an entertainment.
