The best way to avoid obesity is to stop being a salve to food. Eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, milk and products, cereals and pulses, good quality protein foods and avoid high cal foods like chocolates, ice creams, butter, pastries, fast foods etc. and follow a regular exercise regime. I would suggest eating fruits on a daily basis and going for a morning walk can go a long way in making you slim.
