what constitutes a better life is something very subjective and something which we have to search within ourselves. We have to connect with our inner selves in order to know what is meant by a better life for us.

Hey, I am so much busy with my work. I only have time to get sleep of 5 hours.Is it harmful for our body. If it is harmful how can I recover from this with another method? please help me.
